Who are your clients exactly?
I work with leaders, seekers and committed professionals that are dedicated and highly driven to be a positive contribution to the world. Sometimes they work within corporations as leaders and are longing to learn how to lead with compassion and still be incredibly successful and impactful. Sometimes they are running their own business and want to deliver a service or product that is aligned with their highest gifts, but can't find the clarity to move forward. Sometimes they are influencers like artists, authors, actors, who are in the public eye and want to show up more authentically and more courageously. All of my clients have a heart driven call to make a difference and realise that to make that level of difference, they have to be the WHOLE of themselves.
How are you different from other coaches and mentors
Although we will occasionally touch upon skills and other “business coach-y” things, you have me as a Wholeness Expert working on 5 integrated levels of transformation. I ONLY work with people who are willing to address the core issues of what holds them back and are willing to take 100% personal responsibility to create the vision they carry. I’m not a Jill-of-all-trades-coach spending time on symptoms or survival tactics. I refer those clients to other coaches. What that means to you is that I am very focused on resolving the core of what holds you back. If you have a vision, it is because you have the talent, the ability and the access to create and manifest that dream. You may have, however, other programs, stories or wounds that prevent you from believing it fully and taking confident inspired action towards your desired life. Because my focus is narrow, and I have walked this journey personally and embodied my wholeness as a corporate leader, as a business owner and as an artist, I’ve become an expert in this journey and the different modalities that create the change required. This is why my clients get great results (and I throw in a healthy dose of compassion, humor and encouragement, which ALWAYS helps!)

What type of professional does not work well with you or your programs?
Please be aware that I'm very selective in who I work with and I therefore cherry-pick my clients. I very consciously choose to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for this program or this work. Simply because they wouldn't get the results they signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)
The ARISE journeys and programs are NOT for everyone. It takes true courage and deep trust to want to embody our full potential and face our real feelings about certain things. I promise you that the technology and transformational tools are there to change EVERYTHING gently, elegantly and permanently and I can guide you -- but it does require that you are open, curious, willing to experiment and committed to your own journey. If not we’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money
Reconnected to my higher knowing

What exactly is the ARISE system?
ARISE is my unique signature 5 step transformation process to live, love and lead from wholeness. This process was developed in 2014 after my personal journey of over 20 years, with some of the best teachers of neuroscience, intuitive intelligence and consciousness. I was intrigued by how most modalities of transformation or healing happen in only a singular area, like the mind or the body -- while in truth we can address change on 5 levels of intelligence: intellectual, emotional, intuitive, innate (coded in your DNA and prevalent in your body) and energetic.

There is something incredible that happens when we meet with a group of like-minded individuals, in a beautiful place for an immersive transformative experience. There are 3 types of ARISE retreats that we do every year in Europe and Central America.
ARISE 1:1 Coaching
There is also the option of working 1:1 with me for a period of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. These journeys are custom made and designed uniquely for you, depending on the different areas you select to work on.
